About Crispin Boden-Tebbutt
Cited Search is me. There's no team or account manager, so the person you speak to is the person doing the work.
What I do
My work splits in two. For agencies and software companies I do technical SEO: migrations, indexing problems, site audits and working out whether a traffic drop is real or a tracking fault. For businesses here in south west Wales I do local search: Google Business Profiles, map pack visibility and reviews.
The local work is what this site is about. The rest lives at crispinbt.co.uk.
How I work
If I tell you your profile is losing you calls, I'll show you the search, where you ranked, where it was checked from and the date. If I can't prove something, I'll say so.
I'll also tell you when a problem isn't worth fixing. Sometimes a competitor is ahead for reasons neither of us can change, like being closer to where people search.
Reports are short and answer the question you actually care about: are more people calling or getting in touch because of search?
The company
Cited Search is a trading name of CBT Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15359662. Same person, same company, different name for the local work.
Where I work
Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Carmarthenshire, so Swansea and Gower, Neath, Port Talbot, Llanelli, Gorseinon, Pontardawe and the areas around them. I'm happy to come and see you in person.
If you're further afield, someone who knows your own town will probably serve you better.
